No, ICBC has a fixed rate for all services, for which they cover the full amount.

You can do as many as you would like within the first 12 weeks of your accident as you are pre-approved. In fact, we recommend you try to book initial assessments for at least 2 disciplines at the start.

We can apply the ICBC fixed massage rate of $94.50 to your 45-minute ($105) or 60-minute ($130) massage and the remaining balance you will have to cover. We can not use your private insurance to cover the balance.

By the end of 12 weeks, your therapist will send ICBC an extension request if they determine necessary that you need to continue care to reach your desired outcome.

Absolutely, scheduling consecutive appointments not only saves time but also combines the advantages of various therapies.

Since it is 12 weeks from the date of the accident. Anything more than that requires ICBC’s further approval.

We need to get approval for an initial assessment from ICBC. If your therapist deems treatment necessary, we will request an extension from ICBC and will contact you to book your initial appointment.

We recommend that you try all the therapies available as soon as possible during the initial 3-month approval stage. You will then be able to decide which therapy or combination of therapy works best for your individual needs.

Suppose our practitioners determine that you are still in need of treatment after the initial 3-month stage. In that case, they can write to your claims specialist at ICBC and request further treatments until you can reach pre-accident status with your day to day function and activities of daily living.
