Aleksandra Kusiak
Aleksandra obtained her Masters of Physiotherapy in 2011 at the University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland. Since 2011, Aleksandra has been a physiotherapy practitioner in Poland and has spent over 8 years working in public and private practices treating both acute and chronic injuries.
Aleksandra has been working as a physiotherapist in Canada for two years and is a Registered physiotherapist in BC. She specializes in manual therapy and uses a combination of hands-on therapy with body work. Her areas of interests are
treatment for spinal pain as well as head and neck injuries.
Aleksandra spent many years teaching at the University of Medical Sciences in Poznan. She incorporates empathy and patient-centered care to get her patients back to their functional self. She believes that the key to a successful treatment outcome is an
atmosphere of trust.
Outside of work, Aleksandra enjoys exploring the outdoors. Her favorite activities are hiking and skiing. She is fluent in both English and Polish.
