Clinical Pilates Clinic in Coquitlam

Coquitlam Clinical Pilates (Austin Heights)

Move Better. Feel Stronger. Recover with Confidence.

At Fulcrum Therapy, we are excited to offer Reformer Pilates for Rehabilitation, guided by our physiotherapist, Aishwarya Pandya, who has successfully completed her course on Foundational Training in Pilates Reformer Rehabilitation.

Unlike traditional fitness-based Pilates classes, our rehabilitation focused approach uses the Pilates Reformer as a therapeutic tool to help improve strength, mobility, stability, posture, balance, and movement control while supporting recovery from injury and chronic pain.

What is Reformer Pilates?

The Pilates Reformer is a specialized piece of equipment that uses springs, straps, and a sliding carriage to provide adjustable resistance and support during movement. This allows exercises to be customized to your individual needs and abilities.

The Reformer can make certain movements easier by providing support, while also creating opportunities to challenge strength, coordination, and stability as your condition improves. Using the reformer with supervision is extremely safe and appropriate for all levels from beginner to advance.
