Registered Massage Therapist

Harold Keech

Harold is a graduate of the 3265 hour Registered Massage Therapist program at Langara College where he graduated with excellence. He is a former student athlete from Kwantlen college with a passion for sports, which fueled his aspirations to provide education to young athletes with a focus on injury prevention. While his general practice covers treatment for many aspects of wellness, orthopedics, posture & ergonomics, injury and prevention, Harold holds a special interest in sport-related conditions and active rehabilitation.

Harold enjoys teaching with the Langara College Registered Massage Therapy program, working with students in orthopedics and musculoskeletal anatomy to help build students key skills as they pertain to clinical practice as an RMT.

Promoting patient education, in efforts to help them understand possible contributing factors to their symptoms and help patients manage their symptoms beyond treatment, are one of his approaches that his patients appreciate most.

Harold can often be seen playing basketball, bouldering, or out on the trails as he looks forward to running his second Tough Mudder.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kimiya for 4 years now. There is nothing that she can't help you with! She's not like any other chiro I have had before. She uses all kinds of tools and techniques so you're getting multiple treatments all in one! Both Nic and Harold are fantastic as RMTs - you can't go wrong with either one. I love the way I feel after Reiki with Sean. It just melts all the stress and noise away and I feel so refreshed after. Today I saw Aleksadra (Ola) for the first time for frozen shoulder and also lower back problems. She somehow knew exactly where the most challenging problem areas were and got straight to work on this. She has such strong hands she was able to get in deeply to help release the muscles and break up the tissue adhesion, making a huge difference in pain relief and increased range of motion. I also recently saw Farshid for the first time for acupuncture. He took an approach I hadn't experienced before and he managed to provide instant release in my neck and also low back. I don't even understand how he did that! I refer all my friends and family there. I always walk out substantially better than when I walked in!

"HAROLD IS AMAZING" - The text I received from my friend after I referred her to Harold Keech for massage therapy. I myself have been seeing Harold for 7 years (and have followed him to several clinics) for a variety of ICBC and sports related injuries. If I can help it, I will never go to another RMT, as I trust Harold's knowledge and expertise. He is a great RMT, and also teaches me about what he's doing when I am curious.

I reached out to Fulcrum Therapy when I hurt my lower back, hip and leg, and after repeat chiro sessions with Dr. Kimiya Sabbaghan and massage therapy sessions with Harold Keech I am back being active! I can't recommend these two professionals enough and I continue my sessions with both of them to support my road to full recovery and hopefully to maintenance in the near future.
